Mr. Willie Frank Smith “P-Funk” of Lithonia, GA entered eternal rest on April 29, 2023. Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 1:00 PM at the old home of the late Mr. Seal & Mrs. Eva Kate Smith’s. 121 Fifth Ave. Mansfield GA.30055 Rev. Kenneth Norrington, Eulogist.

The attire is casual. Please bring lawn chairs.

He leaves to cherish his memories a host of family and friends.
