Mrs. Sarah Ruth Woods Dyer of Covington Georgia peacefully transitioned on July 22, 2025. A Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Lester Lackey & Sons Funeral Home , Inc. 1163 Reynolds St. SW Covington, GA. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 12:00 Noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 3145 Washington St. SW Covington, GA 30014,Mrs. Dyer will lie in-state at 10:30 A.M and the cortege will assemble at her residence at 11:00 A.M. Interment, New Covington Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memories a host of loving family and friends.
