Mrs. Patricia Ann Shepherd, 70 of Oxford, Georgia entered eternal rest on February 24, 2019. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 1, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at Richard's Chapel United Methodist Church, 426 Richards Chapel Road Covington, Georgia 30016, Reverend Dr. Robert L. Melson, Sr., Pastor, Eulogist. Reverend Gail Boykin, Presiding. Assisted by others. Interment: Church Cemetery. The remains will repose at the church from 9:30 A.M. until the hour of service.
