Mrs. Johnnie Mae Mitchell of 6105 Pine Glen Circle Covington, Georgia, entered eternal rest on April 1, 2017. Home-going celebration will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at Murray C.M.E. Church, 4100 West Street Covington, GA 30014, Reverend Bobby Hall, Pastor, Eulogist, assisted by others. Interment, Westside Cemetery. The remains will lie in-state at the church from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour. The cortege will assemble at the above address at 12:00 Noon. She leaves to cherish her memories, children, Mr. & Mrs. J.C. (Louise) Mitchell, Ms. Annie Kate Petty, Mr. & Mrs. Randy (Annie) Nolley, Mr. & Mrs. Terry (Vevelyn) Stokes, all of Covington, GA; sixteen grandchildren; fifty-one great grandchildren; forty-nine great-great grandchildren; four great-great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ms. Grace Swift and Ms. Lillie Bell Swift; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
