Mrs. Jacqueline Ann Smith of Conyers, Georgia entered eternal rest on June 19, 2020. Home Going celebration will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2020, 1:00 P.M. at Peeks Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, 3185 Old Salem Road SE Conyers, GA 30013, Reverend James Battle, Pastor. She leaves to cherish her memories a host of loving family and friends. Family and Friends will assemble at the church at 12:45 P.M. Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2020, 12:00 Noon until 6:00 P.M. "A Service of Dignity, A Trademark of Excellence."
