Mrs. Betty Louise Lackey Belcher entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. A Service of Celebration will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at Grace United Methodist Church, 3145 Washington St. SW, Covington, GA, Reverend George P. Lanier, Pastor; Pastor James Russell, Eulogist. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the service hour. Family and Friends will assemble at 12 NOON at 55 Dylan Ct. Covington, GA. Her legacy and love will be cherished by, four daughters, Mr. & Mrs. Derrick (Daphney) Bunch, Ms. Donna Renea Lackey, Ms. Elizabeth Belcher, Ms. Shambi Belcher; four sons,  Mr. Byron Lackey, Mr. Derrick Belcher, Mr. & Mrs. Quinton (Jessica) Belcher and Mr. & Mrs. Jeremy (Alexis) Belcher; twenty-four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Mr. Eddie Ray Lackey, Mr. & Mrs. Sidney (Brenda) Lackey, Mr. & Mrs. Robert (Linda) Lackey, Mr. James Lackey and Mr. Dennis Lackey; sisters, Mrs. Barbara Ann Kelly and Mrs. Annie Laura Manuel and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
