Mrs. Alice Lavern Hurst of Covington, GA entered eternal rest on December 31, 2024. Celebration will be held on Monday, January 13,  2025 at  2:00 PM at Union Grove United Methodist Church, 757 Dixie Rd. Covington, GA 30016 Reverend Kenneth Norrington, Pastor, Eulogist. Assisted by others. Interment, Bethelbara Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Hurst will lie in-state at the church from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service. Family and Friends will assemble at the Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
