Mr. Phillip Lamar Nolley,"Ike" of Oxford, GA entered eternal rest on November 24, 2023. Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 1, 2023, 12:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion First Baptist Church, 100 West Richardson, St. Oxford, GA 30054, Pastor Charlie Williams, Eulogist. Assisted by others. Interment, Oxford Historical Cemetery.  The Remains will Lie in-state at the church from 10:30 A.M. until the service hour. The family will assemble at his residence at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023, 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the chapel. He leaves to cherish his memories a host of loving relatives, and friends. “A Service of Dignity, A Trademark of Excellence."
