Mr. Joe Lamar Russell of 4566 Highway 213 Mansfield, GA entered eternal rest on February 28, 2021. Home Going Services will be held March 6, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Springfield Memorial Gardens, Academy St. Newborn, GA. Visitation will be held Friday, March 5, 2021, 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will assemble at the address above at 12:00 Noon. He leaves to cherish his memories a host of family and friends. "A Service of Dignity, A Trademark of Excellence."
