Mr. Joe Lewis Durham, Sr. of Covington, GA entered eternal rest on August 13, 2022.Home- Going Service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at Sims Chapel Baptist Church, 61 Sims Chapel Rd. Covington, GA, Rev. Ruben Jackson, Eulogist. Assisted by others. Interment, Little Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. He will lie in-state at the church from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service. Family and Friends will assemble at the residence of his brother, Jhonny Lee Durham at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19,2022, 12:00 Noon until 6:00 P.M.  He is survived by his wife, Deborah Durham; long-term companion Regina Christian; three children, Jamall Pridgett, Joe Durham, Jr. and Joel Durham; two step-daughters, Takiesha Christian and Lekita Christian; nine grandchildren; one brother, five sisters and a host of other loving family and friends.
