Mr. Howard will lie in-state at the church from 9:30 A.M. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at his sister's residence at 10:00 A.M. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, 12:00 Noon until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home chapel.
