Mother Kathryn Elaine Bailey peacefully transitioned on March 28, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 5, 2024, 1:00 P.M. at New Beginning Full Gospel, 453 Oxford Rd. Oxford, GA 30054, Lawnwood Memorial Park. 1111 Access Rd. Covington, GA 30014. Rev. Willie Tigner, Jr., Eulogist. Assisted by others. The family will assemble at her residence at 12:00 Noon  Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024, 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
