Markus Kershune Reid

Mr. Markus Kershune Reid of Covington, GA entered eternal rest on May 19, 2025. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, 12:00 Noon at Lester Lackey & Sons Chapel,Pastor Charles F. Stembridge, Eulogist . Assisted by others. NO PUBLIC VISITATION.

Mr. Reid was born on February 13, 1970, He was the beloved son of the late Herman Reid and Linda Cobb. He was raised in a home filled with love, values and laughter. He attended Newton High School, where he formed many lifelong friendships.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Shawanna Rhodes, his loving sister, Harriett Reid and his caring younger brother, Quevas Reid. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Janhia, Zymiah, Keyshawn and Zyion. His presence will be deeply missed by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Rest peacefully, Markus, you were truly one of a kind.
