Eugene Bryant, born on October 4, 1947, passed away on April 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy marked by dedication and an enduring presence. He was a respected individual whose life journey touched many around him.

A Viewing to honor Eugene's memory will be held on May 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Lester Lackey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 1163 Reynolds Street SW, Covington, GA 30014. This time will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and the community to pay their respects and reflect on his life.

Celebration of Life service Will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026,3:00 p.m. at the First Shady Grove Baptist Church,2105 Old Covington Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30013. Rev. J. Phillip Baker, Pastor and Eulogist, assisted by others. His remains will lie instate from 12:00 Noon until the service hour. Interment will be held and the Bethabara Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Covington, GA. The family will assemble at his residence at 2:00 P.M. 

Eugene is survived by his devoted wife, Eula Bryant, and a host of other family members and friends who carries forward his memory with grace and strength.

The community and all who knew Eugene are invited to these services to honor his life and legacy. His passing is deeply felt, and his memory will remain cherished by those who were privileged to know him.
