He leaves cherished memories, a ;loving family who is grateful to God for blessing them with such a brilliant gift, DJ is survived by his mother, Ms. Tonya Hardeman, father, Mr. Jerry Grier; three brothers, Kenyon Freeman, Anton Hampton and Kingston Reid; sisters, T’Keyah Cullins, Keshontae Hayes, Brooklyn Grier; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. David (Shirlean) Hardeman, Ms. Katherine Grier; great grandmother, Mrs. Annie Ruth Grier; uncles, Mr. & Mrs. Eddie (Tarester) Lett, Mr. David Hardeman, Mr. & Mrs. Rodna (Gennie) Hardeman, Mr. Dexter Hardeman, Mr. Dairy Baynes, Mr. Ronnie Grier, Mr. Feral Rodgers; one aunt, Ms. Rosie Roger Ruff; two friends, Ayana Chaney and Reggie Jacobs; and a host of cousins, great aunts, other relatives and friends.
