Mr. Demetrius Antione Weaver of Covington, Georgia, peacefully passed away on September 8, 2026. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

A Public Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 P.M. at Lester Lackey & Sons Funeral Home, 1163 Reynolds St. SW, Covington, GA 30014.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at Faith of Jesus Ministries, 100 Usher Rd., Covington, GA 30016. Mr. Weaver will lie in-state at 2:00 P.M. until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Little Bethel Baptist Church, 400 McMahon Rd., Covington, GA 30014.

The cortege will assemble at Mr. Weaver’s residence at 2:00 P.M. The family appreciates your prayers, love, and support as they celebrate the life and memory of Mr. Demetrius Antione Weaver.
