Ms. Bobbie Kelly, age 77, of 10108 Blackwell St. Covington, GA entered eternal rest on August 17, 2018. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Grace United Methodist Church, 3145 Washington Street Covington, GA. Rev. George P. Lanier, Pastor, Eulogist, assisted by others. Interment, Westside Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memoires, sister, Ms. Annie Laura Lackey; brothers, Mr. Eddie Ray Lackey, Mr. & Mrs. Sidney (Brenda) Lackey, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Lee (Linda) Lackey, Mr. James Edward Lackey, Mr. Dennis Leroy Lackey; grandson, Mr. Kentavious Belcher and a host of other family and friends.The remains will lie in-state at the church from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service.
