Bethlehem Baptist Church, 2177 Usher St. Covington, GA 30014. Rev. Ronnie M. Thomas, Jr., Pastor. Assisted by others. Interment Lawnwood Memorial Park. The remains will lie in-state at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at the family's residence at 11:00 A.M.
