Mr. Billy Lee Lackey of  Covington entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 12, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church, 2207 Brown St. SW Covington, GA 30014, Reverend Harold Miller, Jr., Pastor, Rev. Dexter Mitchell, Eulogist, Assisted by Others. Interment will follow at the Westside Cemetery, Covington, GA. The remains will lie in-state from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour. The cortege will assemble at 12:00 Noon at 2139 South Brown St. Covington, GA 30014. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017, 12 NOON-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
